Alpaca Yoga!

May 31, 2026 in Mount Juliet, TN
One-hour all-levels flow led by Lily Saito, surrounded by our resident alpacas. Mats provided, bring water, and a sense of humor; they will absolutely walk through your downward dog.

How Alpaca Yoga Came to Chewpaca Farm

It started, like a lot of good ideas do, with a casual conversation.

Lily Saito had been teaching yoga around Nashville for years, the kind of practice that meets people exactly where they are, no fancy poses required. We had a barn, a pasture, and a herd of curious alpacas who clearly believed they were also part of every conversation.

Somewhere between “wouldn’t it be fun” and “let’s actually try this,” Alpaca Yoga at Chewpaca Farm was born.

The idea is simple. We supply the mat, bring some water, and a towel. Lily leads a one-hour, all-levels flow. The alpacas wander, supervise, occasionally sniff your hair, and remind you not to take any of it too seriously. By the end you’ve moved your body, laughed more than you expected, and made a few new four-legged friends.

It’s not really about perfecting the poses. It’s about slowing down, being outside, and sharing an hour with some of the most genuinely peaceful animals on earth.

We hope you’ll join us.
